*Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who have previously purchased the Defensive Situations Guide from Marietta Baseball Academy. Employees of Marietta Baseball Academy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will begin and end as specified in the contest announcement. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible for consideration.
• Submission of a video constitutes registration for a free giveaway and does not guarantee receipt of a prize.
• One entry will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the contest period. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within a specified timeframe to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond in the designated period, a new winner may be selected.
• One customer will receive their choice of a Victus Pencil Bat or an Easton Hype Fire bat. The giveaway is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of Marietta Baseball Academy.
• Grant of Rights: By submitting your video, you grant Marietta Baseball Academy a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display your video in any media format and through any media channels, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, advertising, and editorial use, without any compensation to you.
• General Conditions: Marietta Baseball Academy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Marietta Baseball Academy’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Marietta Baseball Academy in its sole discretion.
• Liability Release: By submitting a video, you agree to release and hold harmless Marietta Baseball Academy, its affiliates, and their respective agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of submission of the video or receipt or use of any prize.
• Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveawau or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
• Marietta Baseball Academy will announce the recipient on its website and will notify them by e-mail. This contest is not a lottery or raffle; it is a promotional giveaway intended to enhance engagement with our customer base.
